Job Summary
The Executive – API R&D will be responsible for executing activities related to R&D process development under the supervision of the Project Leader/Group Leader, while leading a team of Research Officers and Research Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature search and maintain detailed documentation for assigned projects.
- Execute experiments involving process development, optimization, and validation.
- Perform analysis and interpretation using HPLC, IR, NMR, Mass, and CHN techniques.
- Manage general laboratory operations, scale-up activities, and technology transfer processes.
- Synthesize project-related impurities and ensure accurate data documentation.
Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university.
Experience
-
1–3 years of relevant experience in process development, analytical characterization, or API research.
