Educational Requirements for R&D Chemist Job Role:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Polymer, or Physical Chemistry specialization).
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in laboratory-based R&D.
Key Responsibilities for R&D Chemist Job Role:
- Create WBS and DoEs for project planning under technical supervision.
- Develop and modify formulations based on business needs.
- Conduct testing and qualification of products.
- Execute scale-up trials and routine pilot line maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain documentation (ELN) and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Support customer troubleshooting, process optimization, and site trials if required.
