Key Responsibilities for Service Engineer Job Role:
- Conduct weekly client visits for on-site water treatment support.
- Collect and analyze water samples (process water, cooling water).
- Perform tests: pH, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity, chloride, phosphate, etc.
- Recommend and adjust chemical dosing to optimize water treatment efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical service reports for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure safety protocols and compliance during site operations.
- Train client operators on water chemistry and best practices.
Skills Required for Service Engineer Job Role:
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in industrial water treatment (cooling towers, boilers, RO, ETP/STP).
- Ability to diagnose and solve water chemistry issues independently.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and customer communication skills.
- Self-driven, independent, and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with extensive travel (15–18 days per month).
Preferred Skills for Service Engineer Job Role:
- Prior experience with chemical dosing programs at industrial client sites.
- Familiarity with water analysis techniques and process chemical optimization.
