Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Translate technical management requests into practical experiments.
- Reconstruct unknown fragrances using analytical, olfaction, and supplementary data.
- Conduct analyses on known fragrances delivered through consumer products.
- Co-develop analytical methods for known fragrances and write detailed protocols.
- Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment.
- Organize laboratory supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Support the creation of foundational data for analytical tools and fragrance reconstruction databases.
Requirements
- Experience in fragrance, flavor, fast-moving consumer goods, or forensic science preferred.
- Knowledge of perfume ingredients and their chemical behavior is a plus.
- Skilled in either equipment maintenance/troubleshooting or data handling, with proactive readiness to learn the other skill.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical thinking with proven ability in data interpretation and problem-solving.
