Budget / Salary:
- Fresher: ~ ₹2,00,000 per annum (2 LPA)
- 1 year experience: ₹2,50,000-3,00,000 per annum (2.5-3 LPA)
Qualification:
- M.Sc (any specialization) OR
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (any specialization)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities during different manufacturing stages (dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, packaging etc.), as applicable.
- Line clearance before start of production/packaging runs, and after changeovers.
- Verify issuance and usage of raw materials, packaging materials, and adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMR) / batch packaging records (BPR).
- Collect in-process, finished goods, or other quality samples and ensure timely handover to QC / Micro / relevant labs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good
- Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity requirements.
- Help in reviewing documents: BMRs, BPRs, reports etc., as per required stage.
- Identify non-conformances, raise observations / deviations, assist in root cause analysis, and support CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Assist in change controls, document change requests (DCR), and other quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records, register/logbooks, electronic or physical as required.
- Support internal audits / self-inspections and regulatory inspections when required.
- Participate in training sessions; continuously improve knowledge of quality systems.
