About the Role
As an Analyst – Product Screening, you will play a key role in preventing illegal use of restricted products and ensuring that shipments comply with both country-specific and global regulations. You will review and archive customer documents, send reminders, and clear or block orders in line with regulatory requirements.
This position provides an opportunity to apply your scientific knowledge in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Microbiology while gaining hands-on experience in operational and regulatory processes within a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen restricted products to prevent unauthorized use.
- Ensure that shipments of goods comply with global and local regulations.
- Communicate with customers regarding the required documentation for processing their orders.
- Send reminders and follow up on customer submissions.
- Review, archive, and maintain regulatory documentation.
- Clear or block orders in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Who You Are
- Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology) from a reputed university.
- 1–2 years of experience in the scientific industry.
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and life sciences (upper-intermediary proficiency).
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements (intermediary proficiency).
- Operational and backend process knowledge.
- Ability to apply scientific knowledge to guide others on subject matters.
- Proficient in Office 365 and internet/email.
- Experienced in navigating SAP transactions and understanding field functions.
