• Job Post: Clinical Research Associate
• Location: Hyderabad
• Educational: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is an advantage.
• Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of GCP practices and clinical trial regulatory guidelines.
• Expertise in Phase III and Phase IV Clinical Trials.
• Site management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This Clinical Research job as a Clinical Research Associate offers an exciting opportunity to advance your Chemistry career or other health science expertise while ensuring high-quality execution and compliance in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site feasibility, identify potential investigators, negotiate study budgets, finalize investigators and sites, and execute CDA and study-related contracts.
• Prepare and submit study documents for EC permission across centers.
• Oversee and document IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities with proper documentation.
• Train investigators and site personnel on study protocol, procedures, and GCP principles.
• Ensure the timely recruitment of trial participants, data entry, source data verification, and resolution of queries.
• Report SAEs, SUSARs, and ensure compliance with Sun Pharma PV policies.
• Identify risks, perform analysis, and implement CAPA for underperforming sites.
• Coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
