- Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 2–6 years in API R&D, peptide synthesis, or related areas
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature searches for assigned projects and finalize non-infringing synthetic routes.
- Perform experimentation, including process development, DoE studies, optimization, and validation.
- Purify peptides and manage lyophilization of pure solutions.
- Handle analytical HPLC, buffer preparation, and other analytical techniques.
- Characterize peptides using HRMS, 2D NMR, IR, peptide mapping, and sequencing.
- Prepare technology transfer documents and assist in process scale-ups.
- Support Regulatory Affairs in DMF filing.
- Maintain laboratory operations and general R&D management activities.
