Purpose of the Role
To ensure, check, and advise the concerned department on planning and organizing the necessary measures for the effective control of personal injury, and evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken. To ensure safety aspects, plant safety inspections are conducted to observe physical conditions and practices, and remove unsafe conditions. To establish the new safe practices.
Key Accountabilities
- Prevent incidents across the Unit to ensure the safety of employees and stakeholders.
- Assess and improve emergency preparedness across the Unit to reduce the impact of incidents on humans and property.
- Execute the planned Activity, promotional Activity and improvement and Statutory compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education Qualification: Science graduate in chemistry/ Diploma or Degree with Diploma in Advanced Industrial Safety.
- Relevant Work Experience: 2 years of safety experience in Pharma or chemical industries.
