Desirable Skills: Knowledge in circuit theory, analog/digital electronics, microcontrollers, and software tools like MATLAB, SPICE, Verilog/VHDL, and Cadence.
Experience-Based Flexibility
- Candidates with less than 2 years post-Ph.D. Experience may be considered for Research Associate roles (₹58,000–₹61,000 + HRA).
- Candidates with 8+ years post-Ph.D. Experience may be considered for Senior Instructor (₹1,02,000 + HRA).
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory and tutorial sessions in consultation with faculty.
- Develop, maintain, and upgrade laboratory and lecture curriculum.
- Design experimental modules, grade assignments, and evaluate students.
- For B.Tech roles, manage Computing and Electronics Labs, guide TAs, and assist in exams and feedback processes.
Duration
Positions are purely temporary and contractual, lasting one year, with the option to extend annually for up to five years based on performance and institutional requirements.
