Requirements & Qualifications:
- M.Sc (Organic / Analytical Chemistry) or B. Pharm
- 3–5 years of experience as an analyst in a similar pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities for QC Executive Job Role:
Analysis:
- Performing timely sampling and analysis of raw material, bulk product, intermediates, finished goods, and other samples
- Performing analysis of stability, process validation samples, and cleaning validation
Good Laboratory Practice:
- Performing calibration & maintenance of lab equipment
- Assisting in qualification of laboratory equipment
- Preparing SOPs, formats, and analytical test records
- Managing reference standards, working standards, laboratory reagents & chemicals
- Observing control samples and maintaining related records
- Participating in investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and retesting
- Maintaining & reviewing lab raw data related to testing activities
Validation:
- Preparing protocols for analytical method validation and cleaning validation
- Performing validation exercises as per protocols
Management of Lab Consumables:
- Identifying and planning lab consumable needs
- Monitoring stock of chemicals, spares, glassware, and printed materials
Other Duties:
- Coordinating with production and warehouse for analytical activities
- Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements for the QC lab
- Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions/behaviours
- Promptly reporting any hazardous situations
- Carrying out other assignments or projects as instructed by the department head to meet organizational goals
