Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in analytical method development and validation for R&D projects.
● Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to support formulation development.
● Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and analytical reports as per SOPs.
● Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
● Support formulation R&D by providing analytical data for product development and stability studies.
● Troubleshoot analytical methods and provide solutions for deviations or out-of-specification results.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of R&D activities.
Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of analytical method development and validation.
● Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, and other analytical instruments.
● Familiarity with ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations.
● Good documentation and technical report-writing skills.
● Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
