Key Responsibilities:
● Operate and handle tablet coating machines (e.g., sugar coating, film coating).
● Monitor coating process parameters such as temperature, spray rate, and pan speed to ensure uniform coating.
● Maintain production quality and standards according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
● Record process data, batch manufacturing records, and equipment logs.
● Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP and safety guidelines.
● Identify and report any process deviations or equipment issues.
● Support supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain line efficiency.
Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of tablet coating techniques and equipment.
● Familiarity with GMP/cGMP guidelines and SOPs.
● Good documentation and reporting skills.
● Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues.
● Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
