Job Responsibilities
For Field Executive Trainee

Follow safe operating procedures within defined limits
-
Act as first responder to emergencies and incidents
-
Suggest improvements for safety protocols
-
Handle hazardous materials and plant wastes safely
-
Support housekeeping and site cleanliness
-
Assist contract workmen in maintaining safe work conditions
-
Monitor and control field equipment using SOPs, SOCs, LLF checklists, and ODR instruments
-
Coordinate closely with shift superintendent/panel executive
-
Collect and deliver samples for laboratory testing
-
Report abnormal observations promptly to shift engineer/panel executive
-
Perform handover/takeover of equipment from maintenance
-
Conduct condition monitoring with portable instruments (ODR)
-
Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
-
Contribute to waste reduction and safe chemical handling
-
Operate equipment efficiently and suggest process improvements
-
Follow safety guidelines and management protocols (TQM, EFQM, QCC, 5S)

Maintain shift logs for assigned area/equipment
-
Follow instructions from shift superintendent/engineer/panel officer
-
Act as a member of the Auxiliary Fire Squad
