Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of R&D experience in the fine chemicals industry.
- Strong knowledge of lab safety and data management practices.
Skills Required
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DoE) for process optimization.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
Job Summary
The Research Scientist will focus on implementing cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives, managing laboratory operations and safety, supporting scale-up activities, and contributing to plant commissioning projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and optimize processes for existing products.
