Position Summary – Executive NPD Job at Pilgrim Mumbai:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive – NPD (New Product Development) for the Skin Care, hair care, and body care vertical. In this role, you will identify trending ingredients, treatments, and technologies to build a successful product portfolio that drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong NPD pipeline from concept to launch.
- Conduct in-depth market research on trends, actives, treatments & competitors.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and suppliers to test and refine new product ideas.
- Manage costs, timelines, artworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong supplier partnerships for ingredients, packaging & manufacturing.
- Oversee commercialization and support marketing & sales teams in product launches.
Education & Experience:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmetology or B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry.
- 1–3 years’ experience in NPD (Skincare, Haircare, or Professional products).
- Prior experience in the salon/professional domain is an added advantage.
- Strong MS-Office skills, especially Excel.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving & collaboration skills.
