Job Summary

LTGE-Green Tech Limited is hiring an R&D Engineer specializing in Material Testing to join its dynamic research and development team. The role focuses on metallographic and material characterization using advanced analytical techniques to support innovation in materials research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct metallographic sample preparation and material characterization to evaluate microstructures, phase distributions, and other properties.
  • Perform coating characterization for thickness, composition, uniformity, and performance.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including XRD, SEM, XRF, and Optical Microscopy.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, interpret data trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive product development.
  • Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments for precision and reliability.
  • Travel to project sites or client locations for on-site analysis and consultation.

Qualifications
