Job Description
The Quality Control Laboratory Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to all quality control protocols and procedures. The role involves conducting analytical testing, maintaining accurate laboratory documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards, and overseeing the management of laboratory equipment. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the QC laboratory
- Ensure adherence to quality control protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct and review analytical testing and laboratory documentation
- Manage laboratory equipment and maintain operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
- Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and handling equipment

- Proven experience managing laboratory operations and documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
