Job Description
CavinKare is seeking a skilled Junior Perfumer/Perfumer to drive fragrance innovation for personal care, home care, and beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity combined with technical expertise in perfumery and chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop unique, high-retention fragrances that distinguish products from the competition.
- Evaluate fragrance submissions from leading fragrance houses and add proprietary value.
- Leverage GC-MS analysis, sensory testing, and consumer insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless product integration.
- Stay ahead of market trends, sustainability goals, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- M.Sc/M.Tech in Chemistry, Perfumery, or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in FMCG or Cosmetics.
- Proven experience in fragrance creation, raw materials, and molecular interactions.
- Creative thinker with analytical skills and the ability to lead multiple projects.
