Job Description
As an Analyst – Quality, you will support EHS activities at the Gurgaon-Sohna manufacturing facility while driving compliance with IFF’s global standards and safety principles. This role involves implementing core EHS programs, monitoring regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and providing assistance to QA/QC functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive EHS excellence with a focus on zero recordable injuries or environmental deviations.
- Monitor EHS supplies and equipment, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Establish systems for tracking and closing EHS-related action items.
- Supervise and guide plant personnel to ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
- Ensure that training manuals and EHS documentation remain up to date.
- Communicate regularly with site teams regarding EHS issues.
- Conduct SOP reviews, identify opportunities for safety improvements, and solve issues proactively.
- Lead projects to improve EHS outcomes and reduce operating costs.
- Manage budgeting and procurement for EHS materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ISO, and FSSC standards.
- Support food safety and QA/QC processes when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Food Technology, Environmental, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- 2–3 years of industrial experience in the food or FMCG industry.
- Experience in team supervision and operations management preferred.
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of Safety, Food Safety, FAMI-QS, ISO 14001, and process safety regulations.
