Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship for a Product Stewardship Intern with a focus on customer support. The intern will be responsible for a variety of projects and support activities. Key tasks include
managing product data submissions, aligning product compositions, and handling mandatory notifications. The role requires close collaboration with the global Product Stewardship team, so the ability to work across different regions and time zones is essential.Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collating and submitting crucial product data to external tools and ensuring the alignment of product compositions in internal systems.
- Notifications: Managing backlogs of Classification & Labelling notifications to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and Swiss BAG product notifications.
- Customer Support: Providing support for customer-focused tasks within the Product Stewardship team.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, etc.) or Data Analytics, or a Master’s degree in Chemistry (Organic, Physical, or Inorganic).
- Specific Skills & Knowledge:
- Comfortable using various IT tools, including Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Good communication skills.
- An ability to understand chemical products.
- Fluency in English.
