Job Title: AMEA Product Chemistry Manager
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry (postgraduate preferred).

2+ years’ experience in product registration, product development, or regulatory chemistry.

Strong knowledge of CP regulatory requirements and AMEA regulatory processes.

Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional global teams.
Job Purpose
Establish and sustain a leading position in Product Chemistry within the AMEA region. Provide comprehensive, up-to-date Regulatory Product Chemistry documentation to support registrations in alignment with Syngenta’s business objectives. Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence in the CP Product Chemistry Team.
Key Accountabilities

Manage regulatory chemistry aspects of a portfolio of active ingredients and marketed products across AMEA, including life cycle management.

Collaborate with Global and Local Regulatory Managers to develop strategies aligned with AMEA and country-specific requirements.

Provide technical expertise in regulatory chemistry to stakeholders, internal teams, partners, and authorities.

Prepare, outsource, and submit technical documentation and registration dossiers.

Represent the company’s positions with strong scientific evidence to regulatory bodies.

Build and maintain trust with Product Registration partners across AMEA.

Identify potential issues early and simplify complex data for regulatory purposes.
