Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.

Knowledge of international cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU, etc.).

Strong expertise in ingredients, formulations, and testing methods.

Experience in setting up/managing R&D labs.

Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing products for international markets (North America, Europe, Asia).

Knowledge of sustainability practices in cosmetic development.

Familiarity with regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
