Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
• Quality Assurance: B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes to identify deviations and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required QC documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
Requirements: QA Executive
• Conduct QA checks on raw materials, in-progress samples, and finished products.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform stability studies and validate analytical methods.
• Investigate deviations and non-conformities; execute CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, audits, and quality reports.
• Collaborate with production and QC teams to uphold product quality.
• Support internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
• Enforce lab hygiene, safety, and environmental norms.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
Salary Expectation: 2.7 Lpa to 3.5 Lpa
