Job Description
Are you a passionate scientist with expertise in development, tech transfer, scale-up activities, and process evaluation? Join our innovative Global R&D Centre and contribute to the development of life-changing therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
- Collaborate with CRD, ARD, and PRD teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Select and size equipment to match scale-up process requirements.
- Ensure scale-up studies follow guidelines and agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with GMP teams for technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Complete nGMP and GMP campaigns per timelines.
- Maintain EHS compliance in the lab.
- Generate and manage required reports.
- Execute batches at the plant and address technical challenges with CFT.
- Ensure smooth technology transfer to commercial sites.
- Understand and follow cGMP requirements.
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) or M.Sc. (Chemistry).
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in chemistry, tech transfer, or process development.
Competencies:
- Work independently and deliver project tasks with minimal guidance.
- Solve scientific/technical problems using established methods.
- Strong understanding of process safety and technical principles.
