Job Description
The Jr. Associate – HEVA (Evidence Synthesis) will assist in executing evidence synthesis projects, including screening, data extraction, and literature reviews. The role supports Sanofi’s HEVA team in developing value propositions for drugs across various therapeutic areas and life cycle stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of evidence synthesis projects (screening, data extraction, full-text reviews).
- Support evidence generation plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Contribute to studies including epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analysis, and economic evaluations.
- Maintain adherence to evidence generation guidelines and HEVA processes.
- Support the development of HEVA’s strategic evidence material and templates.
- Collaborate with global teams, including RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- Assist in creating customized deliverables for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (medical degree preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HEOR within pharma, CRO, consultancy, or academia.
- Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into evidence-based strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
