Core Purpose of the Role:
This role focuses on method development, validation, transfer, and R&D stability studies using laboratory instruments such as:
- HPLC, UPLC (Empower-3 software), GC, UV spectrophotometer
- Polarimeter, balances, potentiometer
- Particulate matter analysis (Malvern, PAMAS, HIAC)
Education:
M.Pharm / M.Tech / M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry.
Experience Required:
0–6 years
Role Accountabilities:
- Develop and validate assay & related substances methods for drug substance/product.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments, including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, and others.
- Ensure compliance with good documentation practices (ALCOA+).
- Calibrate and qualify QC laboratory instruments.
- Prepare and review raw data sheets, SOPs, and instrument operating procedures.
- Handle QMS activities (incidents, OOS, deviations, change control).
- Manage procurement and inventory of chemicals, reagents, and standards.
- Follow GxP/Safety procedures and maintain compliance with Syngene’s quality standards.
- Use MS Office and Outlook effectively for documentation and communication.
