Key Responsibilities:
● Execute and monitor batch operations as per BMR and SOP
● Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
● Supervise production shifts and coordinate with cross-functional departments
● Maintain GMP documentation and ensure proper process records
● Assist during audits and regulatory inspections
Required Skills:
● In-depth knowledge of
cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards● Strong documentation and batch processing abilities
● Capable of independently managing shift operations
● Effective communication and coordination skills
