Job Title: Scientist II, RSL (Stability)
Brief Job Overview
This is a key hands-on, non-supervisory position focusing on stability studies for reference standards, analytical method development, and maintaining safety in the laboratory environment. The Scientist will play an essential role in contributing technical expertise and support to various projects.
Responsibilities
- Conducting stability testing and recording data
- Preparing reports, evaluating trends, and developing models
- Executing testing with minimal errors and completing projects on time
- Preparing protocols, improving lab operations, and adhering to GLP
- Solving complex problems with a scientific approach and supporting collaborative testing
Requirements
- Education: Master’s in M.Sc. (analytical/organic) or M. Pharma (pharmaceutical sciences/analysis)
- Experience: 3-6 years in pharmaceutical analytical laboratory
- Skills in pharmaceutical testing, chromatographic systems, method development, and more
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and leadership skills
Additional Desired Preferences
- Knowledge of Lab Management System (LMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook
- Hands-on experience with instruments like MS
- Understanding of monograph procedures and compendial methods
