Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and handle various QC instruments such as:
HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, Melting Point Apparatus - Karl Fischer Apparatus, Auto Titration, Analytical Weighing Balance
- Polarimeter, Disintegration Apparatus, pH Meter
- Conduct analysis of in-process materials, validation samples, hold time studies, finished products, and stability samples as per specifications.
- Perform daily and monthly calibration of analytical balances in the instrumentation section.
- Maintain daily logs in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Standardize Karl Fischer reagent regularly.
- Record daily temperatures of the instrumentation room, chemical room, and refrigerators.
- Prepare 0.4% NaOH solution for the deactivation of discarded penicillin samples.
- Conduct regular and online cleaning validation analysis (rinse & swab samples).
