Scope
This role is responsible for executing chemical reactions to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications using efficient route and techniques.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute reactions using appropriate reagents and lab equipment

Monitor and analyze reactions using analytical tools

Perform purification and work-up to achieve high-quality intermediates or final compounds

Document all processes accurately as per client and regulatory standards

Follow strict safety and IP confidentiality protocols

Maintain equipment and ensure general housekeeping in the laboratory
Key Skills Required:

Sound knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms

Familiarity with lab safety protocols and analytical tools

Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Ability to manage multiple synthesis projects efficiently
Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry

1–5 years of relevant experience preferred
