Research Associate Trainee Job – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synthetic organic chemistry reactions, including workups, purifications (column chromatography, recrystallization, TLC), and intermediate analyses.
- Maintain proper documentation in laboratory notebooks/e-notebooks and follow data integrity guidelines.
- Ensure instrument calibration and maintenance before use.
- Adhere strictly to EHS guidelines, MSDS protocols, and waste disposal norms.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and update supervisors on experimental progress.
- Package and prepare compound samples for analytical testing and shipment.
Research Associate Trainee Job – Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / General Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant lab or academic experience in organic synthesis.
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of synthetic routes and reaction mechanisms.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
