Job Details:
Job Title: Executive – Quality Control
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra, India
Education: M.Sc. Analytical/Organic Chemistry
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis of finished goods, stability samples, raw/packing materials, and cleaning samples.

Perform equipment calibration and ensure readiness of instruments such as HPLC, GC, and analytical balances.

Execute analytical method validation and cleaning validation as per current regulatory standards.

Report and document results in SAP, maintain analytical data sheets, and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Maintain HPLC/GC columns, SOPs, and logbooks as per cGMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP, and SQF practices.

Raise and close deviations, OOS/OOT, and change controls in a timely manner.

Ensure safe operations, maintain good housekeeping, and comply with MSDS and PPE protocols.
Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of GxP, FSSAI, ISO 9001/14001/22000/18001.

SAP data handling, excellent documentation, and data integrity awareness.

Proficient in chromatographic techniques, analytical calculations, and regulatory documentation.
