Key Responsibilities for Fresher Associate Global Cross Reference:
- Follow workflow instructions and SOPs provided by the business.
- Extract, analyze, and update data while implementing process improvements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with a customer-centric approach.
- Support branding strategies by promoting private label product alternatives.
- Enrich the SAP database by providing competitor code alternatives as Fresher.
- Maintain content accuracy for cross-reference data in SAP.
- Build knowledge of Avantor’s product portfolio and preferred suppliers.
- Manage large datasets; regularly audit, research, analyze, and modify data.
- Track and manage requests to ensure workflow accuracy and reporting.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Results-driven, deadline-oriented, and assertive.
- Adaptable team player with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong in project management, critical thinking, and data analysis as Fresher.
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Access, SAP, SQL, and basic VBA is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Logical thinking with the ability to improve fragmented processes.
- Affinity for large datasets and analytics as Fresher.
- Independent and proactive.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry), or related fields.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
