Job Purpose:

To grow and develop fresh talent in line with our organizational requirements by providing hands-on training, mentoring, and skill-building.

This role aims to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals who understand GMP, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process for Graduate Trainee:

Education Required:

• 10th Standard: Minimum 75%

• B.Pharm / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc: Minimum 60%
  (Preferred streams: Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology, Mechanical, Automotive)

Skills Required:

• Strong documentation and observation skills

• Ability to work in a team and learn on the job

• Good communication and computer skills

Selection Steps:

• Online Aptitude and Technical Assessment

• Personal Interview with respective HOD

Note:
Selected candidates will be required to sign a two-year service agreement and submit a refundable security cheque of Rs. 50,000/-, which will only be encashed if the trainee resigns before completing the two years. Otherwise, the cheque will be returned.

Career Growth Program for Graduate Trainee:

During 1st Year:

• Structured training program

• Exposure to QC, QA, Engineering, and Production functions

• Mentoring by experienced professionals

• Hands-on experience in a regulated pharma/manufacturing environment

After 1st Year:

• Promotion to Officer/Executive based on performance

• Revised annual CTC as per trainee policy

• Inclusion in the Company’s performance management system with defined KRA

Compensation Offered:

• Year 1: Rs. 2,30,000 – 2,75,000 LPA

• Year 2 (Post Assessment): Rs. 2,75,000 – 3,25,000 LPA (based on performance and trainee policy)
