Objectives of the Position for Executive Testing:

• Manage certification and analytical testing services for assigned coating projects.

• Coordinate laboratory workflows and ensure timely completion of tests.

• Ensure real-time compliance with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.

• Maintain EHS standards in line with site guidelines and Responsible Care (RC) protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Testing & Documentation:

• Perform corrosion, humidity, and accelerated weathering tests.

• Conduct additional required tests for assigned projects, adhering to test protocols.

• Keep project documents and quality records updated as per IATF standards as Executive Testing.

• Support the department in meeting 5S audit and continuous improvement goals.

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Management:

• Implement EHS procedures to foster a safe and compliant working environment.

• Lead regular walkthroughs and safety audits to identify risks and implement preventive actions.

• Ensure safe chemical handling, proper PPE use, and strict compliance with the Work Permit System as Executive Testing.

• Follow process safety and environmental code as per BASF global standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology with 3–5 years of experience
  OR

• Master’s degree in Science with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) as Executive Testing

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong knowledge of chemical testing procedures and coating technologies

• Hands-on experience with testing equipment and quality documentation

• Familiarity with global standards like IATF 16949 and EHS regulations

• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to lab safety
