Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CARI), Jhansi, under the Ministry of AYUSH, invites applications for walk-in interviews for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) roles across prestigious AYUSH-funded projects. CARI, Jhansi will conduct a walk-in interview for the recruitment of 3 Senior Research Fellows (SRF) and 1 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under various research projects on 15 July 2025 at 10:00 AM onwards at the institute premises.
I. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Project Title 1: Formulation Development and Pharmaceutical Standardization of Dadrughna Ointment with Antifungal, Antimicrobial, Dermal Toxicity, and Accelerated Stability Study

Duration: 23 months

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 01.01.2025

Pay: ₹42,000 + 20% HRA per month
Essential Qualifications:
-
M.Pharm / M.Pharm (Ayurveda) / M.S. (Pharmaceutical Sciences) from a recognized university/institution
Desirable:
-
Higher qualifications, experience in AYUSH/H drugs standardization
-
Experience in projects by AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST, or similar organizations
-
Skills in scientific documentation and computer proficiency
-
Publications in peer-reviewed journals
Project Title 2: Product Development, Pharmaceutical Standardization and Accelerated Stability Study of Ayush Nutri Granules with Computational Study of Active Metabolites

Duration: 23 months

Pay: ₹42,000 + 20% HRA per month
Essential Qualifications:

M.Pharm / M.Pharm (Ayurveda) / M.S. (Pharmaceutical Sciences) OR
-
M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2 years’ experience in ASU drug instrumentation (HPTLC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS)
Desirable:
-
Same as above (higher qualifications, experience, publications)
Project Title 3: Pharmaceutical Development and Standardization of Lodhradi Yonivarti, Ayush LPM Vaginal Tablet, and Gel with Evaluation Studies

Duration: 1 year

II. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Project Title: Evaluation of Seasonal and Geographical Variation of Phytoconstituents/Marker Compounds in Selected Medicinal Plants Used in Ayurveda

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 01.01.2025

Pay: ₹37,000 + 20% HRA per month
Essential Qualifications:

M.Sc. (Chemistry) / M. Pharm / M.S. (Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Desirable:

Research experience on ASU&H medicine standardization

Work on AYUSH/ICMR/CSIR/DST-funded projects

Skills in documentation, computer literacy, and peer-reviewed publications
