- Synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical intermediates and novel compounds
- Execute small- to large-scale organic reactions for drug discovery projects
- Apply solid understanding of reaction mechanisms, functional group transformations, and Name Reactions
- Conduct TLC, column purification, NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry
- Maintain strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols
- Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams
- Ensure accurate data documentation and scientific reporting
Trainee Research Associate Opportunity – Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic/Pharmaceutical Chemistry or M.Pharm with a focus on Organic Synthesis
- Experience: 0–1 year (including academic project work)
- Strong fundamentals in organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms
- Knowledge of analytical tools and laboratory techniques
- Good communication skills and a team collaboration mindset
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced research environment
