Main Responsibilities
Work closely with the Senior Director (EBM strategic planning and operations), business partners, therapy areas lead, eBuy manager, external vendors, and finance colleagues to support the coordination and management of various activities.
Project Management Support
Responsible for project management support to the scientific writer and HEVA, ensuring the end-to-end effective delivery of the designated publication/medical education and HEVA deliverables across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate submissions, amend submissions based on comments
, support key meetings, track activity delivery, ensure compliance, manage the publications budget, support the HEVA team, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Requirements
Experience: Medical communication/pharma experience desirable (3-5 years).
Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
Technical Skills: Contracting, budgeting, vendor management, project management.
Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/commerce/engineering/pharmacy, or similar.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language.
