Program & Portfolio Management
- Evaluate and prioritize project portfolios based on risk, ROI, and strategic alignment.
- Track monthly opportunities and off-label content for compliance.
- Maintain therapy-area-wise case studies and client organizational charts.
- Screen project pipelines and company newsletters to identify emerging opportunities.
Contracting & Compliance
- Support contracting tasks and progress tracking with Account Leads and SMEs.
- Conducted SOP audit spot checks and coordinated quality review workflows.
- Own and action the client feedback log and implement SOP template updates.
Team & Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate across Service Lines, Business Units, and the broader Parexel team.
- Ensure seamless program execution across multiple therapeutic areas.
Reporting & Resource Management
- Maintain timeline and resource trackers across current and future projects.
- Prepare strategic presentations for Business Review and QBR meetings.
- Leverage insights from ongoing workstreams to identify new opportunities.
Portfolio Specialist at Parexel – Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven experience in scientific writing, project coordination, or clinical operations.
- Prior exposure to portfolio or program management (preferred).
- Familiarity with clinical trials and regulatory environments.
