About the Role We are seeking a Chemist – Manufacturing to support our high-standard production processes, ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP and quality assurance protocols. As a Chemist in the manufacturing team, you will contribute directly to delivering life-saving products by maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing area and machinery before initiating any filling operations.
- Execute CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) procedures as per protocols to ensure equipment hygiene and sterility.
- Confirm the availability and completeness of Batch Filling Records before commencing operations.
- Verify and document environmental parameters before production activities begin.
- Obtain line clearance from IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) before starting any batch filling.
- Operate manufacturing equipment strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Accurately record all process-related activities and observations in approved formats in real time, maintaining full data integrity and traceability.
