Job Description
Brief Job Overview: USP is seeking a Scientist III with experience in developing analytical methods using quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (qNMR) to join its Digital and Innovation group. The successful candidate will be crucial in advancing next-generation analytical and digital technologies for pharmaceutical R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studies will be performed to evaluate key parameters of NMR for qNMR analysis.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods using high-field NMR and qNMR applications.
- Acquire high-resolution qNMR spectra and implement structural elucidation.
- Collaborate in expanding the digital NMR spectral database.
- Provide technical guidance on product development projects.
Qualifications:
- MSc./M. Pharm. with 6-8 years’ experience or Ph.D. with 1-3 years’ experience in NMR, qNMR, Quantum mechanics, and method development.
- Experience in developing and validating analytical methods.
- Hands-on experience in NMR, qNMR, quantum mechanics, and HPLC.
