Organic Chemistry/MPharma Job at Jubilant Biosys – Job Responsibilities:
As a Research Associate II in the Synthesis department, your key responsibilities include:
- Synthesis, purification, and characterization of novel chemical compounds.
- Execution of multi-step organic reactions with excellent functional group transformation skills.
- Safe handling of reagents and pyrophoric materials in the lab.
- Performing TLC, extraction, column chromatography, and compound isolation.
- Interpretation of NMR, IR, and Mass Spectrometry data.
- Accurate documentation using Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive discovery chemistry projects forward.
- Conducting literature review using tools like Reaxys and ChemDraw.
Organic Chemistry/MPharma Job at Jubilant Biosys – Candidate Requirements
:-
Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / M. Pharma or equivalent.

Experience: 1–6 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.

Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of synthetic and medicinal chemistry.

Proficiency in MS Office and structure drawing tools like ChemDraw.

Understanding of retrosynthetic analysis (preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills.
