Associate Inventory Control Specialist: 1–3 years

Inventory Control Specialist: 3–6 years

BSc/BPharm Job at USP – Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage daily operations of chemical and non-lab stores.
-
Maintain ERP inventory module and ensure accurate cycle counts.
-
Receive, inspect, and arrange chemicals as per SOP and compatibility guidelines.
-
Create purchase requisitions and track chemical movement in APEX software.
-
Issue materials to departments like R&D, Biologics, and Synthetic.

Generate inventory reports and maintain SDS (Safety Data Sheets) database.
-
Segregate expired chemicals and coordinate safe disposal with safety teams.
-
Maintain disposal records and follow safety protocols in store operations.

Submit invoices and support Min-Max inventory planning.

Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
BSc/BPharm Job at USP – Preferred Skills:
