QA Associate at Deconstruct, Cosmetics & Skincare unit, Apply Online!
Deconstruct, a company committed to maintaining high quality standards in the cosmetics and skincare manufacturing sector, is looking for a meticulous QA Associate. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, diligently managing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. If you possess a strong background in quality assurance within the cosmetics or skincare industry and are detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Quality Checks: Oversee Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) inspections, manage bulk and finished product releases, and process Goods Received Note (GRN) approvals.
- QA/QC Monitoring: Ensure strict compliance with established production and quality standards, including thorough checks of packaging materials.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, audit reports, and all necessary verification documents.
- Audits & Issue Resolution: Provide support during audits, meticulously report any quality-related issues, and actively participate in the implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Project & Travel Support: Ensure consistent quality standards are met during project-based production activities and be willing to travel to various manufacturing sites as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) within the skincare or cosmetics industry.
- Comprehensive expertise in quality control procedures, product formulation principles, and packaging material analysis.
- The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to undertake travel as part of the job responsibilities.
