Key Responsibilities of Research Associate – In-vivo Biology Job
- Independently carry out in vivo efficacy studies in mouse models of subcutaneous tumor xenografts/allografts/humanized models: Dosing, tissue collection, and biomarker estimation.
- Hands-on experience in techniques of ELISA, protein western blotting & mRNA. Expertise in growing cancer cell lines in the laboratory with good aseptic techniques.
- Experience in contributing to the drug discovery industry/CRO in a preclinical setting is preferred.
