Job Summary
- This position will lead the chemical research and development activities within the laboratory, driving innovation and overseeing the synthesis.
- This role is shaping the research directions, managing the chemistry team, and ensuring the alignment of laboratory activities with the organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities for Director – New Bio Based:
- Lead and manage the chemistry research team, setting clear objectives and ensuring high-quality research output.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with other R&D departments
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications for Director – New Bio Based:
- Educational Background: Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field with a strong emphasis on synthetic organic chemistry.
- Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in a chemical research environment
- Skills: extensive experience in synthetic organic chemistry / strong project management skills / capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
