Primary Duties
Generating New Products: Developing technology to achieve the goals and plans of the businesses.
Project Management: Planning and leading large-scale research and development projects.
Technical Leadership: Providing leadership through the Stage-Gate process, preparing reports, and collaborating in project teams.
Support Operations: Facilitating scale-up and efficient production of developed technologies.
Travel
Requires less than 30% of time for product trials, scale-up, and meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of industry experience, Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, or Ph.D. in Chemistry
or Chemical Engineering.Employees Supervised
May supervise technicians or scientists.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate would have technical expertise in markets like New Energy, Automotive, Electronics, and more.
