Job Description
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Handling of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Prep HPLC, SFC, Prep SFC, KF, and SOR along with software.
- Method development by HPLC/GC for raw material, intermediate, and final product.
- Method validation for drug product and drug substance methods by HPLC/GC.
- Knowledge about ICH guidelines for analytical method development by HPLC/GC.
- Routine stability analysis.
- In-process analysis support by HPLC/GC.
- Calibration of HPLC and GC instruments.
- Preparation of SOP and GDL as per requirements.
- Documentation tasks, including STP and report preparation.
- Troubleshooting of analytical instruments like HPLC and GC.
- Troubleshooting of analytical data for purity confirmation.
Qualifications: M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
