Responsibilities of the Role:
As R&D Master Data Originator for Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMA) Personal Healthcare, you will be responsible for:
- Driving implementation of R&D data standards in the AMA region, in alignment with global technical standards, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Managing product data lifecycle processes, including change control, vendor setups (ARAVO), SAP, and PASS.
- Ensuring data completeness for all project requests (base business and new initiatives) and verifying change control content for execution.
- Following up with Technical Content Owners on missing data attributes/documents.
- Originating complex product and packaging specifications, along with automation requests in the PLM system.
- Performing validation checks (e.g., CA, BOM setups, POA availability) for interdependent data flows.
- Ensuring route template availability for review and approval.
- Pushing specifications and documentation through review and approval, validating requirements against AMAT guidance.
- Assigning parts to libraries and maintaining master parts libraries.
- Monitoring missing R&A when due (system due date).
Role Requirements:
- Passionate candidate with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience with master data systems, Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power BI), and pharmaceutical/regulated industry is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
Job Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduation in Science or B. Pharm
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Industry Background: Preferably from Healthcare or Pharma
